REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. |
1. VISA REFUSAL
AXION 21 WILL REFUND TUITION FEES TO STUDENTS WHO ARE REFUSED A STUDENT VISA BY CANADIAN IMMIGRATION AUTHORITIES. THE SCHOOL WILL RETAIN $200.00 FOR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES.
REQUIREMENTS:
A) WRITTEN NOTICE MUST BE SENT BEFORE THE START DATE
B) THE ORIGINAL LETTER OF REFUSAL BY THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA MUST BE SUBMITTED, TOGETHER WITH THE ORIGINAL LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE ISSUED BY THE SCHOOL.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: REFUNDS WILL BE PAID AFTER A PERIOD OF FORTY-FIVE (45) DAYS FOLLOWING WRITTEN NOTICE FROM THE STUDENT.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A REFUND BE MADE AFTER A STUDENT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED |

2. IF A COURSE IS CANCELLED MORE THAN 15 DAYS PRIOR TO COURSE START DATE
REFUND: 80%TUITION FEES.
MINIMUM CHARGE: $200.00.
REQUIREMENT: WRITTEN NOTICE MUST BE SENT AT LEAST 15 DAYS PRIOR TO BEGINNING OF CLASSES.
3. IF A COURSE IS CANCELLED LESS THAN 15 DAYS PRIOR TO COURSE START DATE
REFUND: 75% TUITION FEES.
MINIMUM CHARGE: $200.00.
REQUIREMENT: WRITTEN NOTICE MUST BE SENT WITHIN 15 DAYS PRIOR TO BEGINNING OF CLASSES.
4. IF A COURSE IS CANCELLED AFTER THE BEGINNING OF CLASSES
A) 1% TO 25% COMPLETED
REFUND: 60% TUITION FEES
MINIMUM CHARGE: $200.00 FOR THE FIRST 4 WEEKS.
B) 26% TO 50% COMPLETED (SUBJECT TO SECTION 4.A.)
REFUND: 40% TUITION FEES
MINIMUM CHARGE: $200.00 FOR THE FIRST 4 WEEKS.
REQUIREMENT: WRITTEN NOTICE
C) 51% + COMPLETED: NO REFUND
PAYMENT
Tuition fees must be paid in full before or on the first day of the course.
VALIDITY
Unless there is a valid reason (an illness, an emergency trip, or a delay due to file processing by Immigration Canada…) students have to join their program in the 2 months following the start date. After this two-month period, payments will no longer be valid and students will no longer be entitled to a course or refund. Registration will remain valid for 6 months. After this period, students will no longer be entitled to a course or refund.
NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
0.5% daily compound interest for each day of late payment.
INTERNAL RULES
Management reserves the right to modify course schedule, if necessary. Axion 21 reserves the right to cancel a course in case the minimum number of participants per group is not reached. If Axion 21 is unable to offer any equivalent course, all tuition fees will be refunded, except registration fees. Students who fail to start a program on the appointed date will not be entitled to a refund for the classes they missed.

- Home stay reservation fees ($100).
- Bank Transfer fees ($25).
- Medical Insurance reservation fees ($30).
- Express courier fees (DHL, FEDEX).

- By signing Axion 21 registration form, a student acknowledges the terms of the present regulation.
- Axion 21 can modify the present regulations at all times.
- Students are considered responsible for any damage they may inflict to School property during the course.
- Students who wish to change a Program of Studies must notify Axion 21 at least 2 weeks in advance, otherwise a penalty of 20% will be applied.
ATTENDANCE

Students who fail to attend classes will not be entitled to extra hours or a refund for the classes they missed.HOLIDAYS
- Holidays are those stipulated by Canadian Law.
PRIVATE COURSES
- Students must notify any absence at least 24 hours in advance. If no notice is given within the required time frame, Axion 21 will charge the amount of tuition fees corresponding to the number of hours agreed on.
